## Summary
Despite technically being a "tech 1" hull, the Kikimora behaves in combat much more like a Tactical Destroyer or even an Assault Frigate. It is extremely fast, long-ranged, accurate, and hard-hitting for its size, allowing it to destroy both hostile Frigates and hostile Carriers (and their Fighters) with surprisingly little difficulty. To further capitalize on its speed and damage, despite being by all rights an armored ship, Kikimoras are very frequently Shield-tanked. Kikimoras are not commonly used in PVE, as the enhanced durability of Tactical Destroyers makes them commonly preferrable. However, the extreme DPS of ramped-up entropic disintegrators allows it to take down rats quite effectively and safely, if not quickly.

In Slavic mythology, the Kikimora was an evil house spirit, created by babies who died unbaptised. Like all Tech 1 Triglavian subcapital ships, the Clade that designed the Kikimora, Svarog, has their name engraved on the sides of the ship in Triglavian font ().
