## Summary
The Cormorant Navy Issue is one of four faction destroyers added to the game in the 2022 Uprising expansion. As the most powerful ships allowed in small NVY complexes, they are very popular in low sec PVP. Compared to its Tech One variant, the Cormorant Navy Issue loses a high slot and gains a mid slot. This, combined with its bonus to shield boosting, means it can fit a surprisingly strong tank. Despite the loss of a high slot (and a turret hardpoint), its damage bonus means that its DPS will often be higher than that of its Tech One variant.
