Summary

The Raven State Issue was a prize given out at the Third Alliance Tournament, and as such is one of the rarest ships in EVE. Only four exist, and to date none have been destroyed.

This special edition Raven features one additional low slot and two additional missile hardpoints as compared to the Raven, at the expense of two turret hardpoints. It also has an increased CPU, Powergrid, twice the drone capacity and 50 Mbit/sec more drone bandwidth in addition to the drastically increased shield, armor, and hull hp.
